If you look really closely it actually looks like she has teeth up top... nope, they are just very very swollen. Poor kid has been miserable for 8 long weeks now. She did have the first one break through on Saturday and the other 3 are close behind!!

Now that's a Kercher smile if I've ever seen one...so big that your cheeks close your eyes! Congrats to the Bear she looks really happy about it!
